Osteoarthritis of the knee is the most common form of arthritis and it’s incidence is rising. The most effective surgical treatment for the pain caused by osteoarthritis is a joint replacement. This is major invasive surgery associated with a prolonged recovery period.

How does Arthrosamid® work?
Arthrosamid® is a hydrogel made up of 2.5 percent cross-linked polyacrylamide and 97.5 percent water. Arthrosamid® combines with the synovial tissue in the knee to form a permanent scaffold 4, and it’s this unique characteristics that provides a significant reduction in OA pain over a Longer period (5,6,7,8)– with one single treatment (9)
